History

Raiffeisen Real Estate is a professional real estate brokerage and consultancy company wholly owned by Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD.

Since its establishment in 2007 the company has constantly strengthened its presence on the Bulgarian Real Estate market and currently operates with a national coverage through its regional offices in the cities of Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas and Rousse.

Raiffeisen Real Estate is an active NREA - Bulgarian National Real Estate Association member and actively cooperates with a number of international organizations, including: C.E.I. (Confédération Européenne de l'Immobilier - European Confederation of Real Estate Agents), CEREAN (Central European Real Estate Associations Network), FIABCI (Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Biens et Conseils lmmobiliers - International Real Estate Federation), and NAR (National Association of Realtors).  

As a National Real Estate Association member our dedication is to contribute and strengthen the importance of the sector and increase the professional commitment and responsibility of the people involved in it.
